Academic Background Michelle Chapman completed her BA in 1983 and her MBA (Master in Business Administration) in 1988, at the University of Pretoria, specializing in Business Logistics, Marketing and Production Management. During 1996 she completed a course in Pastel Accounting. In 1998 she received a Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice. In September 2004 she completed a Pastel Payroll Administrator course. Experience Michelle has successfully run her own business viz: she was appointed as the CFO of an International Company and worked in Lagos, Nigeria, for a year, specializing in the back, office accounting systems for the distribution of airtime on hand held devices. She has also worked as Financial Director for numerous other companies. Michelle is currently the Director of Star Mark Financial Services (Pty) Ltd which is involved in the services mentioned below. Michelle has worked on Pastel Accounting Software since 1996 and is currently working on Pastel Version 19. Michelle is assisted by Richard Chapman, responsible for Client Care as well as Ms. Ntombi Nkabinde together with Mrs. L. Kemp, Tax Practitioner.
